After that, we'll provide our professional opinion on what you should list your home for and share how we came to that number.
Then, we will make recommendations on strategies to help maximize your sales price.

GETTING READY
We will make professional recommendations for getting your home "show ready," including any necessary repairs.
We'll schedule a professional to take photographs to ensure that the best angles of your home are showcased.
Our Professional Showing Service is set up to allow access to your home for buyer agents. We will help you to arrange convenient showtimes to provide the least amount of stress for you.

MARKETING
A yard sign and directionals will be installed around your neighborhood.
Your home will be marketed on the Carolina MLS, Trulia, Realtor.com, Zillow, and hundreds of other local and national home sites to ensure a wide array of buyers will see your home.
Professional flyers will be printed and available to all prospective buyers to take while touring your home - giving them a tangible reminder of your listing.

UNDER CONTRACT
We will assist you in reviewing all offers that are placed on your home.
We’ll provide our professional insight on the offering terms received and negotiate on your behalf.
Once an offer has been accepted. we will act as your advocate during the inspection process, appraisal, loan updates, and any other necessary step to bring your home to the closing table.
Listing and Buyer Agency Agreements are required in order to receive the discounted 1% listing fee, otherwise our low 1.95% listing fee is applied.
(Properties listed under $300,000 a minimum listing fee of $4,500 will be applied.)
